, scannable offline media and actionable social media ads will offer exclusive dmexco-rewards for visitors.
Dusseldorf, Germany, September 11 2017 – Kinetic Worldwide and Dmexco today announced the launch of a interactive competition for all 2017 Dmexco attendees, from 11th – 15th September, 2017. Leveraging traditional and digital OOH media, as well as social media targeting, the cross-channel program will also demonstrate the interactivity and digital multi-dimension of OOH today. Using Kinetic’s proprietary planning process, Active Journeys, Dmexco will show OOH’s ability to activate target audiences in context.
As part of the program, Kinetic will be serving both digital and classic OOH formats at dmexco's most important hotspots, including railway stations, shuttle and bus shelters, as well as the airports of Cologne and Dusseldorf. Additionally, Kinetic will have light boxes and banners directly on the exhibition ground. The OOH content will be scannable with the Dmexco app and lead to a game, through which the conference will deliver prizes, such as a VIP ticket for an exclusive dmexco panel discussion or an invitation to the "Cologne Breakfast".
The game will also be promoted via social media. Through custom geofencing, all target audiences in the direct environment of the OOH vehicles will receive a matching ad in their Facebook timeline, leading back to the competition within the Dmexco app.
